How old where you when you first began riding?
I had my first snowboarding lesson at Tamworth Snowdome at the relatively late age of 19. It was so much fun. After that day I was officially addicted to this beautiful sport
What/Who got you into it?
I always wanted to try snowboarding. It seemed like a natural progression from skateboarding. The daily grind of London office life took its toll on my soul...I signed up for Nonstop snowboard to learn how to teach snowboarding. It was the best decision of my life. From here my snowboarding journey began...fun fun fun
What sort of board do you ride?
Rome Graft... gratefully supplied on a flow deal from NZ by Nic @ Synergy Brand Division in New Zealand

Favourite resort?
The Remarkables, Queenstown. New Zealand. It now has the Burton Stash, 3 park options with lots of rails and jumps. Amazing steeps, you need to hike, but it is so worth it. Second favourite is Sunshine Village, Banff, Canada. A mecca for Pow Pow

Sunshine Village, Banff, Canada 2004/2005 (Northern Hemisphere) The Remarkables, Queenstown, New Zealand (Southern Hemisphere)...alternating between the two for 3 years (6 seasons)

What was your favourite trip and why?
New Zealand Southern Hemi winter 2008. Epic! Excellent snow conditions, amazing people, beautiful Aotearoa, and fun times progressing and riding with friends. Competing has been super fun too, as I have been fortunate enough to ride with a variety top international snowboarders.
What do you love about snowboarding?
I love the feeling of snowboarding,the progression and the cool people I have met during this amazing lifestyle. Snowboarding is life.
What's your goal within snowboarding?
My goal is to keep progressing my riding, meeting new people and most importantly continue to have fun.
What aspect of snowboarding gives you the most satisfaction (powder, kickers, halfpipe, competitions, big air, cliff drops, etc.)?
I get the most satisfaction being locked on to a lazy feeling frontboard on a down rail. An amazing feeling. Skateboarding fused with snowboarding, so much fun. BackLips feel soooooooo good too!
What style of snowboarding best describes your riding (include a couple if you want)?
Free style
What's your favourite trick?
Floaty Back one no grab off a big booter
What's your scariest snowboarding moment?
Dislocating my elbow. Oh the pain! A morphine injection and a the help of a friendly doctor and I was good to go. Snowboarding is extreme.
What are your top safety tips when riding?
If you can dream it, you can do it. Visualize your trick so that you have already done it, even before doing it. This should help you to stay safe.
What advice have you got?
You have only got one life...Live it and love it. Go snowboarding!

Where would you like to see yourself in the future?
In the future to be the best I possibly can at snowboarding. To be the owner of a snowboarding related company, and to live within a stones throw away from a cool mountain.
