Sebastian, or Bas rather, is the most polite, friendly and mild-mannered maniac that you are likely to meet on a bmx. It all started with the youngest ever recorded back-flip aged 11 years, after a mere 2 months in the saddle, and has developed into the international-acclaim that most considered destiny.

Many athletes have dedicated a lifetime to bmx and never mastered a single discipline in the way that Bas has conquered everything from dirt to street and vert. Bas is the ultimate utility player, the first name on most contest sheets, and the man considered most likely to raise the bar.

Bas has been the feature of numerous advertising campaigns and most notably in the mainstream for his appearance on BBC’s Top Gear. Ultimately, he is in demand, whether that be travelling the world contest-hopping, scoring interviews for international magazines or shooting for a section in the latest films.
